Within home churches, leaders are identified, trained and mentored over a number of years before being given the responsibility of home church leadership as part of a leadership team.
In addition to individual home church leadership teams, Collective has a Lead Team (CLT) — Emma Murphy, Ric & Heather Craig and Mark & Claire McCarey. All Collective Lead Team members are experienced home church leaders and also teach at our Central Teachings.
